Once offered an appointment please respond to confirm ASAP otherwise you may find it is no longer available.
Appointmensts are confirmed on a first come first serve basis.
New Customers will be required to pay a refundable deposit.
Cancelling An Appointment
We understand that sometimes you may need to move or cancel your appointment, however please give as much notice as possible to avoid any charge.
If less than 48 hours notice is given then 50% of the cost of the groom will be charged, if less than 24 hours notice 100% will be charged. All payments must be made within 48 hours.
No further appointments can be made until the cancellation fee has been paid.
